This project involved a complete overhaul of the existing garden, removing the hedge and plant-dominated landscape. A fresh lawn was laid, framed by porcelain planks that add a sharp, refined finish to the garden. Two raised sleeper beds were installed for new planting, offering structure and versatility. Six photinia trees were planted, introducing lush greenery, while some of the original plants were reused in the new beds, maintaining a connection to the garden's past.

In this transformation, an existing garage was removed to make space for a custom-built outdoor kitchen, offering a sophisticated entertainment hub. A timber pergola was installed for dry seating year-round, complemented by up-and-down lights and spike lights for atmospheric garden illumination. Porcelain paving was laid around the house, and an aluminum pergola added extra outdoor comfort. Softwood screening lines the garden perimeter for added privacy. A two-tier sleeper raised bed was built, with a decorative stone area featuring a fire pit, enclosed by a block-built retaining wall with porcelain cladding. Additionally, a flat-roof timber shed was installed, and the lawn was re-landscaped to harmonise with the new paving.

This project centered around the installation of a block-built outdoor kitchen, clad in elegant porcelain sheets and topped with natural stone granite slabs, creating a luxurious alfresco dining area. A new 20mm gravel driveway was laid alongside a fresh lawn area, enhancing curb appeal. Screening panels were added between the client’s house and the neighboring property, offering privacy. The garden was further enhanced with 600x600mm porcelain paving around the outdoor kitchen, and general maintenance, including de-weeding and bed tidying, completed the transformation.

An extended porcelain patio provides a larger, more functional outdoor living area, while retaining walls clad in mixed grey slate-effect panels add a stylish contrast.
