· Identify and pursue new leads to drive business growth and client acquisition.
· Actively seek client reviews to build a strong online reputation.
· Respond promptly to new inquiries, providing information to convert leads into projects.
· Follow up on quotes to address client queries and ensure smooth project progression.
· Create spreadsheets for customer proposals and pricing.
· Finalise decisions on garden project samples with clients.
· Collaborate on CRM updates for business efficiency.
· Manage inventory, ensuring tools and equipment are monitored and maintained.

· Working to assist installing all hard landscaping roles from patios, decking, pergolas, screening and turfing.
· Reading from site plans
· Follow health and safety policies and procedures
